Open Meeting Law Notice

Pursuant to A.R.S. § 38-431.02, Freedom Academy hereby states that all notices of meetings of the Freedom Academy Governing Board, including meeting agendas, will be posted on the Freedom Academy website at www.FreedomAcademyAZ.org/public-notices.

Notices will also be physically posted at: 6319 E Paradise LN Phoenix, Arizona 85032

Meeting notices and agendas will be posted at least 24 hours prior to each meeting, except as otherwise permitted by Arizona law.

In accordance with A.R.S. §15-183(F), Freedom Academy has notified all parents and legal guardians that employee education and experience information is available for inspection upon request.

FERPA/PPRA Policy & Procedures

Freedom Academy complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA). These federal laws protect student education records and parental rights regarding the collection and use of student information.
Parents and eligible students may review or request amendments to student records and have the right to consent before personally identifiable information is disclosed, except where permitted by law.
