In accordance with A.R.S. §15-183(F), Freedom Academy has notified all parents and legal guardians that employee education and experience information is available for inspection upon request.​

FERPA/PPRA Policy & Procedures
Freedom Academy complies with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) and the Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA). These federal laws protect student education records and parental rights regarding the collection and use of student information.
Parents and eligible students may review or request amendments to student records and have the right to consent before personally identifiable information is disclosed, except where permitted by law.
